Mailbox Creation Failed During Exchange Provisioning In OIM11g (Doc ID 1485058.1)

Symptoms

After changing AD IT Resource parameters values, AD is getting provisioned properly, however mail box creation task getting rejected while provisioning Exchange.

Below are the logs, we are getting,
