Configuration Failied Exception While Starting Glassfish (Doc ID 1485216.1)

When starting up a Java CAPS 6.3 domain, an exception occurred during the startup phase:

The Glassfish server is working fine after the startup, but the Enterprise Manager is not able to connect to it.

This issue does not occurs on every start, but it is not predictable.
