Goal

WLP integration with BPM was not working and when trying in to log in the webconsole was throwing the following error , "The configuration properties cannot be null or empty".

 

I could not get complete logs from customer , so the fragment of the error message is "The configuration properties cannot be null or empty" in the webconsole logs
