Workflow Review Failing with Alphabetic DRevLabel (Doc ID 1486199.1)

Symptoms

  1. Configure Major Revision Label Sequence as 0-9999,A-Z
  2. Set UseEntitySecurity=true in the config.cfg
  3. Set SpecialAuthGroups=public
  4. Check in a new document with Security Group = public, Document Type = ADACCT and dRevLabel = 0
  5. Review workflow. Document is displayed correctly
  6. Approve document in workflow
  7. Check out document
  8. Check document back in, this time with dRevLabel = A
  9. Review workflow. Document can't be displpayed
