OID DIP Mapping Rules Validation Fails with "Unrecognized Token In Attribute Mapping Rule" (Doc ID 1486624.1)

Symptoms

Create a sync profile

Set custom mapping rule on one of the attributes.  For example, orcluserprincipalname.

Mapping a custom attribute from a 3rd party ldap to a built in attribute in OID.

 

Example of mapping file:

mycustomattribute: : :user:orclUserPrincipalName: :orclADUser:toupper(truncl(userPrincipalName,'@'))+"$"+sAMAccountname

Error reported when validating mapping rules
"Unrecognized token in attribute mapping rule"
