WebCenter Forms Recognition Vendor Sub Class Line Extraction Returns Lines with Total Equaling Zero (Doc ID 1486637.1)

Goal

Why do lines with a Total amount of 0 not extract within the AP Solution Project, but after training the vendor subclass these lines with 0 as the Total extract correctly?  These lines are not extracted using the Invoices\Generic class which is normal behavior (by design).
