After Applying WebLogic 10.3.4 Patch 13108901, WC_Spaces 11.1.1.4 Will Not Start With Error: "weblogic.application.ModuleException: Failed to load webapp: '/wcsdocs' " (Doc ID 1486927.1)

Symptoms

The Spaces application on WC_Spaces will not start after applying WLS <Patch 13108901>.  The WC_Spaces.out log shows:

weblogic.application.ModuleException: Failed to load webapp: '/wcsdocs'
at weblogic.servlet.internal.WebAppModule.prepare(WebAppModule.java:393)
at weblogic.application.internal.flow.ScopedModuleDriver.prepare(ScopedModuleDriver.java:176)
