Goal

 When using the Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) tool called OdiWaitForData tool, a table called INCREMENT_VALUES_TABLE is created under certain conditions.
 
 No mention of the table is in either the documentation or the Work Repository table documentation.
 
 What is the purpose of this table and how should we manipulate it?
