Symptoms
The coherence-cache-config.xsd file in coherence.jar defines the internal-cache-scheme element inside read-write-backing-map-scheme as optional, but should be required instead, as per the "Oracle® Coherence Developer's Guide" -> B Cache Configuration Elements section.
