After SSL Configuration, Login to Portal shows Error WWC-00000 (Doc ID 1487747.1)

Symptoms

1.  SSL was enable in Webcache using the following documentation at:
    Oracle® Fusion Middleware Administrator's Guide for Oracle Portal
    7.3.2.1.3 SSL to Oracle Web Cache

2. Able to login to Portal but Welcome page  shows Error (WWC-00000)

 

 

Portal log shows the following error:

[START-CALL-STACK]

 

 

Changes

 SSL enabled at the Webcache level.
