How to clean up Oracle Goldengate Extract DDL metadata table From Two Databases? (Doc ID 1488604.1)

Goal

I have two databases running on same server,

To configure goldengate to extract DDL from both, is necessary create goldengate user and packages on both databases ?

The parameters PURGEDDLHISTORY/PURGEMARKERHISTORY will delete history of DDL on both databases or only from default SID ?
