Symptoms

When indexing assets with a blob attribute that contains a PDF, we have seen in some PDFs that the very first word is not searchable. Inspecting the indexes using a tool such as luke shows that the text of the entire PDF is present in the index, but the very first word is malformed (contatenated with some other metadata string).
