OracleTextSearch Full Collection Rebuild with Fast Rebuild fails after some time (usually some hours) with the error:

An error occurred during indexing. Unable to execute query 'UallIndexerState(UPDATE/*+ INDEX (Revisions dIndexerState_Revisions)*/ Revisions
