BAM 11g: Java Script Error when Language set to Non-default English in Browser

Symptoms
A filter cannot be set/edited in a BAM report when the browser's language is Italian. Receiving the JS error:
Any type of java script error can be caused by setting the language to a non-default eng-GB for your browser. You can eliminate this cause by clearing the cache and setting the language to eng-GB for your browser.
