Symptoms
Cluster environment, where you have 2 clusters: Cluster1 (contains Server1) and Cluster2 (contains Server2) hosting different applications.
Cluster2, having Server2, is hosting ADF applications which are secured, and it starts throwing the following error when the servers in Cluster1 are restarted:
