Images Not Showing In Image Pickers Even Though Image Assets Are Indexed (Doc ID 1489424.1)

Symptoms

Using ImagePicker, When clicking the "Browse" button to select an image, the window pops up with text saying "No images match the selection criteria". There are image assets that would match the criteria. The following error is seen in the logs:

Exception including resource /jsp/cs_deployed/OpenMarket/Gator/AttributeTypes/IMAGEPICKERSearchImages.jsp
javax.servlet.ServletException: java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: org.apache.lucene.store.FSDirectory.open(Ljava/io/File;)Lorg/apache/lucene/store/FSDirectory

Caused by: java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: org.apache.lucene.store.FSDirectory.open(Ljava/io/File;)Lorg/apache/lucene/store/FSDirectory
