Symptoms

After installing EDQ and the Address Verification Server along with the properties file (..\config\av\av.properties) and setting system path (environment variable) accordingly, the Address Verification (Loqate) processor is not among the processors that should be in the EDQ tool palette. No error is shown in the application but the main0.log has the following entry:
