Users Encounter a Passphrase Prompt While Using a Custom Passphrase Suppression or Secondary Authentication DLL

After upgrading from an older version of Enterprise Single Sign-on Logon Manager where WinAuth V2 was configured with passphrase suppression, users may be prompted for a passphrase after changing their Windows password, despite the implementation of custom secondary authentication dll which provides the correct Passphrase. This happens immediately after the Windows Password change.
This issue is most likely to occur after an upgrade from a previous version of logon manager which used a different custom passphrase suppression dll.
