Symptoms
We have a single server Oracle WebCenter Sites install that was originally installed as secondary cluster member. We are upgrading it from 7.5 to 7.6.2
The upgrade doesn't install CAS.
Changes
The environment was originally a clustered install but the primary cluster member was retired and the secondary reconfigured to run alone. The primary cluster member is no longer available.
