Symptoms

After applying patchset 11.1.1.6 over 11.1.1.4, the HTTP_Server won't start.  The ohs log shows the following:

$ORACLE_HOME/ohs/bin/apachectl startssl: execing httpd
httpd.worker: Syntax error on line 212 of $INSTANCE_HOME/config/OHS/ohs1/httpd.conf: Cannot load /appl/ucm/Oracle/Middleware/Oracle_WT1/ohs/modules/mod_negotiation.so into server: ld.so.1: httpd.worker: fatal: relocation error: file $ORACLE_HOME/ohs/modules/mod_negotiation.so: symbol ap_set_accept_ranges: referenced symbol not found
