DIP Synchronization Fails with LDAP Error 19 After the AD user was added to MS Exchange (Doc ID 1490569.1)

Symptoms

AD users are being synchronized to OID using DIP synchronization profile
Synchronization suddenly stopped working with the profile trace showing LDAP Error 19

Error from 10g DIP profile trace:
