Goal

Customer migrated from Oracle MessageQ 5.0 on OpenVMS Alpha to MessageQ 5.01 on OpenVMS Itanium V8.4 patch level 6. They started seeing high CPU usage for process DMQ_T_000100001. They are also seeing alignment faults and spinlock issues on IA VMS.
