How To Setup Up Tomcat JDBC Datasource To Set The Client Encryption Level And Client Encryption Type

On Thin JDBC driver 18.104.22.168 with Oracle Advanced Security used, for the following datasource defined in Tomcat:
even oracle.net.encryption_client and oracle.net.crypto_checksum_client are set to REJECTED, sql can not been seen from wireshark, which are encrypted.
When oracle.net.encryption_client and oracle.net.crypto_checksum_client are set to REJECTED, sql should be visible when checking from wireshark.
