Favorite Feature Is Not Working Properly For Folders

Symptoms
When navigating to a subfolder in a Document Explorer task flow on a page, and clicking on Favorites -> Add to Favorites... Menu item from the banner, then the new favorite will reference the page only but not the folder path in the Document Explorer task flow.
Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a Documents page in a Space
2. Navigate to a subfolder inside the Document Explorer task flow
3. Click on Favorites -> Add to Favorites... Menu item from the banner
4. Notice the Web Address references the page, but not the path to the current folder in the Document Explorer
