Goal

Within the live delivery of a site, is there a way to identify and remove orphaned/stale content? In this context, "orphan content" means content that exists on delivery and can be rendered (it is not 'broken' in any way) but is not reachable via any part of the implementations site navigation (such as navbars, index pages, site maps, and links within pages).
