Details

As of December 1, 2012, Oracle no longer has access to Autonomy Support.

Oracle WebLogic Portal (WLP) Support can no longer acquire assistance from Autonomy Support for Autonomy issues within a WLP Application Environment.  WLP Support will provide assistance to customers with answering/resolving Autonomy related questions/issues on a best effort basis.  If WLP Support is unable to answer/resolve an Autonomy related question/issue, customers will need to contact Autonomy separately.  Any fees associated with Autonomy's support program are the customer's responsibility.  If the customer does obtain Autonomy Support, Oracle Support will certainly assist troubleshooting the issue with the customer and Autonomy.  See the following table for affected WLP versions.

WLP Version Affected
8.1  No.  WLP 8.1 is no longer supported (See WLP Error Correction Policy)
