Symptoms
Oracle Internet Directory (OID) 11g, i.e., 11.1.1.5
DIP export synchronization from OID to OID does not sync any entries.
Setting debug to "All" in the profile Advanced tab in Enteprise Manager (EM) shows the following in the resulting $MW_HOME/user_projects/domains/IDMDomain/servers/wls_ods1/wls_ods1-diagnostic.log:
