Goal

When using Framework Folders in WebCenterContent (WCC), there are times when you need to identify a folder by its fFolderGUID or fParentGUID.

For example, when using IdcCommand to check content into a folder, you need to know the value of fParentGUID. See <Note 1485263.1>: When Using Framework Folders, the IdcCommand File Fails With: THE PRIMARY FILE DOES NOT EXIST
