X.509 Token Authentication Issue

Error when attempting to authenticate via x.509 token using these steps:

1. Each application making the API call is issued a unique certificate
2. Application making API call will include its x.509 token and digital signature in the request header
3. The target application will first validate the x.509 token and signature before servicing the request
4. The target application will sign the response (SOAP Body or Faults) with our own private key, then return it to the calling application
