The Admin Server fails to start.

In the AdminServer.log you will find errors similar to:

oracle.security.am.common.policy.admin.PolicyManagerException: OAMSSA-06252: The policy store is not available; please see the log file for more details.


In AdminServer-diagnostic.log you will find error messages similar to:
