Goal

We tried to install 'Content Integration Agent' ( cipagent ) in our local system, but we are getting an error that says:

" Service 'Oracle WebCenter Sites 11gR1 | Content Integration Agent' (cipagentservice) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start the system Services."

What could be wrong?
