Message Status Empty In E-mail Notification In OSR On Rejection of Approval Request

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When Email Notification functionality for approvals is configured in Approval Registry of OSR 10.3 product, during the Approval Process, when the approver accepts a request, the mail is being sent to the requestor as desired.
The message status shows as "Approved"
However when the approver rejects a request then the message status is EMPTY
