OAMConsole login fails after changing IDM Domain Agent/IAMSuiteAgent settings

Cannot login to oamconsole after checking the "Deny on Not Protected" field for IDM Domain Agent in 188.8.131.52 or IAMSuiteAgent in 184.108.40.206 in oamconsole and then logging out.
