OVD Metrics - "No Data Available" (Doc ID 1492530.1)

Symptoms

1. Enterprise Manager 11g Fusion Middleware Control fails to retrieve OVD performance metrics.

2. It shows "No data available" messge as showed on image:

3. OVD was set to use SSL.

Changes

As OVD was setting to use SSL then OVD Server's certificate was imported into EM Agent's wallet. As solution provided on technical note:
