Goal

When clicking on image files within WebCenter Spaces, users are redirected to the document properties page with preview, and the preview shows the image in its original size with horizontical and vertical scroll bars instead of a thumbnail.  If the original image file is a large or high resolution JPG, the preview becomes unusuable as only a very small portion can be shown on the screen.
