Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.5.0 version, BPEL Service Engine

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
SOA process is using a large percentage of the CPU.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
SOA process should not consume a large portion of the CPU.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Deploy SOA process.
2. Let process run until CPU utilization starts to climb.
