Portal Becomes Unavailable Due To Exhausted Process Memory In the Webcache

After a while working on Portal (about 30minute) the following error is shown:

Error: Page Metadata could not be obtained from the Portal database.

Portal  is configured with webcache 11g.  The webache goes down and in the event.log, shows:

 This is reproducible only on AIX the same configuration in Linux work fine.
