IndexOutOfBoundsException Error When Editing PT-BR Locale in System Properties Applet (Doc ID 1494245.1)

You want to change or edit the system locale, using the System Properties applet. If you try to enable/disable the locale PT-BR, or edit the Date/Time format for this locale, you see this error:

If UCM Server is not running, you may simply find that clicking the "OK" button to confirm your changes does nothing. Neither problem obtains for other locales, e.g. FR-FR.
