IndexOutOfBoundsException Error When Editing PT-BR Locale in System Properties Applet

Information in this document applies to any platform.
You want to change or edit the system locale, using the System Properties applet. If you try to enable/disable the locale PT-BR, or edit the Date/Time format for this locale, you see this error:
If UCM Server is not running, you may simply find that clicking the "OK" button to confirm your changes does nothing. Neither problem obtains for other locales, e.g. FR-FR.
