How to Hide the HTTP Headers "X-Powered-By:" and "Server:" Sent by Glassfish

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The Goal is to hide the "X-Powered-By" and "Server" headers from Glassfish HTTP headers.
For security reasons, it may be a good idea to not tell the world which server you are using.
