Starting Managed Server with Node Manager Throws Error "BEA-000386 User is not permitted to boot the server" (Doc ID 1495768.1)

Symptoms

Managed server was not starting up when we change the StartScriptEnabled property to true in nodemanager.properties. Below is the information which comes in the server logs:

It works fine when we make StartScriptEnabled=false in the nodemanager.properties file.
