Application Unable To Re-use Database Connnections After Migration From Weblogic 8.1 To 10.3.6 (Doc ID 1495986.1)

On 10.3.6 and application is using Toplink 10g (9.0.4.5).
Exception [TOPLINK-4002] (OracleAS TopLink - 10g (9.0.4.5) (Build 040930)): oracle.toplink.exceptions.DatabaseException.
After a period of inactivity , the application cannot access to the database server .
Different exceptions can be seen below.
This problem happens every two hours and then the WLS needs to be restarted.
As the database server cannot be accesed by your application.
