Symptoms

When attempting to connect to WebCenter Content 11g from WebCenter Capture (formerly Oracle Document Capture) 10g, an error is returned:

Java(TM) Platform SE binary

Java(TM Platform SE binary has stopped working
Windows can check online for a solution to the problem
