Symptoms

In an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) High Availability (HA) environment running across three machines all them running Windows , the ODI cluster fails to be created because the Coherence subsystem bundled with each ODI managed server can't communicate with each other.

These are the errors logged in each odi_serverN.log at startup:
