Native MS Word documents that Contain Transparent Wordart Overlays Become Opaque when Converted to PDF

Word Images that have wordart overlays which are transparent in the original documents become opaque in the converted PDF document whether converted by the native application or by directPDFExport

Expect that transparent wordart overlays look similar in the converted document

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up Content Server and IBR to convert Microsoft Word Documents by Native App or by direct PDFExport
2. Create a Microsoft Word document that has a wordart overlay which has been set to be transparent
3. Check in this document for conversion

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the converted document properly
