Docviewer Advanced Properties not Responding to Version History Selection

Symptoms
When using the History tab of the Document Viewer task flow to select a document version and then viewing the advanced properties of that document, the properties that belong to the latest version of the document are displayed, and not the version selected.
TESTCASE DETAILS:

1. Upload a document with an odd file extension (e.g. "debug.properties").
The odd extension is intended to keep document preview from working. We need the main panel to show the document's properties.
2. Upload the same file again so we'll have two versions.
3. Using the UCM native UI, update a metadata field on both revisions of the document so they will be distinct in the DocViewer (advanced properties).
4. In the Version History tab of the DocViewer, click on version 1 and see that the advanced properties don't reflect revision 1 of the document.
