Symptoms

In the log file the following errors are seen:

ex.
[com.fatwire.logging.cs] Unable to find property file futuretense.ini
[com.fatwire.logging.cs] Exception loading properties from file list futuretense.ini
java.lang.Exception: Required key not found: cs.pgCacheTimeout

Changes

 I. This could occur when upgrading an environment that has been migrated to a new location.

 II. This could also occur if there are two futuretense.ini files in the inidir (e.g. named futuretense.ini and futuretense_1.ini).
