Symptoms

When configuring multiple AQ adapters in proxy services to poll messages and attempting to configure these proxy services to use multiple custom workmanagers, only the first AQ agent activated can poll the messages if the workmanagers have MaxThreadConstraint = 1. This prevent subsequent AQ agents from working.
