Symptoms

Rollup install fails with an error similar to:

[org.apache.commons.httpclient.HttpMethodBase][WARN] Going to buffer response body of large or unknown size. Using getResponseBodyAsStream instead is recommended.
[CS.INSTALL][ERROR] ActionHandlerExecuteCommand: Error Importing /Rollup/Populate/SystemTransforms.html
[CS.INSTALL][ERROR] Worker.run.
Install failed.
Please check log file.

Futuretense.txt or Sites.log shows:

[CS.INSTALL][ERROR] ImportCatalogError import the table. Error Number=-3
[CS.INSTALL][ERROR] ImportCatalogsendRollbackToServer: Error during the rollback. Error number=-3
