After running the command:

 
The following message is received:

「tmp/src/genproxy/XXXXXClientJPub.java:215: cannot resolve symbol」.

This is due to wrapper (JPUB_PLSQL_WRAPPER) which is automatically created on the Web Service operation package which has a character limit. This can be confirmed by shortening the characters column (like "test") of the parameters of the Web Service operation. It will then compile as normal.
