Error: Unable To Retrieve Configuration Information. User 'weblogic' Does Not Have Sufficient Privileges (Doc ID 1497372.1)

The security realm of the WLS domain is configured to use an LDAP Authenticator, followed by the Default Authenticator.
The UCM content repository connection registered for WebCenter Spaces uses 'weblogic' as the 'Content Administrator'.

As a result, the following errors appear in the WC_Spaces.out log:

oracle.stellent.ridc.protocol.ServiceException: Unable to retrieve configuration information. User 'weblogic' does not have sufficient privileges.

Recently configured the WLS Domain to use an External LDAP Authenticator.
